I consent to the processing of my personal data by PMB Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Armii Krajowej 8, 17-300 Siemiatycze, Poland, NIP 5441541443, REGON 385900060, email: kontakt@parkingmagicbox.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), including the email address provided by me via the contact form, for the purpose of sending marketing information and presenting offers concerning the Controller’s products and services, to the extent necessary to achieve this purpose. I further acknowledge and agree that, where necessary for the initiation and performance of business cooperation, the processing of orders, the delivery of products, and the provision of related customer service, my personal data may be transferred by the Controller to the Controller’s business partners operating in the customer’s respective country. Where such business partners determine the purposes and means of processing, they shall act as independent controllers. Furthermore, where necessary for the organization and execution of deliveries, my personal data may be transferred to external logistics, freight forwarding, and transport companies, which, depending on the nature and scope of the relevant processing, shall act either as processors or as independent controllers. Armii Krajowej 8, 17-300 Siemiatycze, NIP 5441541443, REGON 385900060, email: kontakt@parkingmagicbox.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”, of telecommunications terminal equipment used by me for direct marketing purposes via phone calls and SMS/MMS messages, in accordance with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004.
